Description

The purpose of the contract is the provision of the ordinary and extraordinary cleaning service of the facilities of the Palace of Fairs and Congresses of Malaga as well as other spaces that can be determined by FYCMA in the exercise of its activity including all personnel material machinery products and means necessary for a correct execution of the service The service will be developed according to the requirements of each event or activity organized by FYCMA including assembly celebrations disassembly and intermediate phases guaranteeing at all times an optimal state of cleanliness and hygiene in all spaces The service includes the cleaning of common offices, meeting rooms, exhibition areas, outdoor storage areas and any other space designated by FYCMA with the possibility of including additional cleaning services on public holidays or at special times The assigning staff must have adequate training for the performance of their functions as well as with the necessary personal protection equipment The contractor must guarantee the immediate replacement of the staff in case of absences and maintain the quality of the service provided FYCMA may require the provision of the service in other facilities than its main headquarters depending on the needs of its activity always within the municipal term of Malaga Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
