1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of an air blower for the Tarnów Sewage Treatment Plant at ul. It's a clear 14. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as ‘OPZ’) is set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ. 3. The deadline for binding the offer is 90 days, i.e. until 04.08.2025. 4. Due to the specific nature of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection at the investment site in order to assess and check the possibility of delivery and assembly works and assess the existing condition. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the meeting of contractors within a specified period for a local visit, but declares full assistance and access to the construction site after prior arrangement of the date, before the expiry of the submission of tenders, with persons authorized on its side. The Ordering Party is obliged to provide explanations immediately, but not later than 6 days before the deadline for submission of tenders - provided that the request for clarification of the content of the tender specifications was received by the Ordering Party not later than 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 5.6.3 If the request for clarification of the content of the tender specifications was received after the deadline for submitting the application referred to in point. 19.7.2., the Ordering Party may provide explanations or leave it unrecognized. The extension of the time limit for the submission of tenders shall not affect the time limit for the submission of a request for clarification of the content of the CVS. 5.6.4. The contracting authority provides for the cancellation of the procedure on the basis of Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act.
