Przedmiotem zamówienia jest bieżące utrzymanie jezdni, chodników i placów oraz terenów zieleni mającena celu oczyszczanie z zanieczyszczeń stałych powstałych w trakcie eksploatacji (oprócz oczyszczania ześniegu i błota pośniegowego). Oczyszczanie jest prowadzone poza okresem prowadzenia Akcji Zimowej przez Zamawiającego (AZ jest prowadzona w ramach odrębnych umów), a w wyjątkowych przypadkach, o których decyduje Zamawiający - również w tym okresie (Rejon 1).
