Description

The scope of services required consists of all services necessary or for the purposeful delivery of:
(i) Monitoring and independent check of the works by means of checking all of the contractors works for compliance with the works requirements and reporting on same to the Client.
(ii) Contract administration of the design and construction activities associated with the development and completion of the M7 Naas Newbridge Bypass Upgrade + M7 Osberstown Interchange and R407 Sallins Bypass;
(iii) The provision of detailed records relating to the actual progress of the construction of the works which will provide Kildare County Council with a detailed record of the resources employed by the contractor, and a contemporaneous record of the progress of construction;
(iv) The close-out activities associated with the development and completion of the M7 Naas Newbridge Bypass Upgrade + M7 Osberstown Interchange and R407 Sallins Bypass including dispute resolution.
