Description

The operation consists, without interruption of the operation of the institution other than in the periods of July and August:
— in an initial phase of approximately 16 months, to carry out preparatory works, to construct a building in R + 1 dedicated to ‘meal preparation’ (APR) and ‘textile maintenance’ with a useful floor area of 868 m² and a building dedicated to the ‘parks and gardens’ sector of a single level with a useful floor area of 396 m², without interruption of the operation of the establishment,
— in a second phase of approximately 6 months, to be restructured in the eastern half of the boarding school, giving a useful floor area of 1 057 m²,
— finally, in a third phase of approximately 6 months, to restructure the western half of the boarding school, i.e. a useful floor area of 1 020 m², and to restructure the subsoil of the half-pension after the removal of the laundry.
VRD and landscaping will be carried out over the phases according to the implementation schedule.
The value of the works estimated by the contracting authority is EUR 5 151 000 net of tax on October 2011.
The regional adapted education institution (EREA) is located in the Montchovet area in Sorbiers.
