Description

The subject of the contract is the management of municipal waste from the area of the Capital City of Warsaw in the planned maximum amount of 164 000 Mg, divided into tasks as follows: Task 1 - Management of municipal waste from the City of Warsaw in the planned maximum amount of 15 000 Mg, Task 2 - Management of municipal waste from the City of Warsaw in the planned maximum amount of 15 000 Mg, Task 3 - Management of municipal waste from the City of Warsaw in the planned maximum amount of 12 000 Mg, Task 6 - Management of municipal waste from the City of Warsaw in the planned maximum amount of 12 000 Mg, Task 7 - Management of municipal waste from the City of Warsaw in the planned maximum amount of 12 000 Mg, Task 8 - Management of municipal waste from the City of Warsaw in the planned maximum amount of 17 000 Mg. The Contracting Authority requires the employment of persons by the Contractor and/or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277 as amended). Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement on the basis of the employment contract are set out in the Draft provisions of the contract and in the Description of the subject of the contract.
