Description

The aim of the contract is for the contracting authority to conclude a framework contract with up to 3 (three) potential contractors. The duration of the framework contract shall be 36 (thirty-six) months from the date on which it is signed by the parties or until the maximum financial resources have been exhausted, whichever is the sooner, but not later than 31.4.2029. The period for implementation shall begin to run after the provision of financing, from the day on which the Contractor receives a letter of entrustment from the contracting authority. The duration of each specific contract during the period of the framework agreement will be determined by the contracting authority when a written invitation under Article 82 (1) (4) of the Public Procurement Act is sent to potential contractors. The subject of the contract shall include the supply, installation and warranty maintenance of domestic heating air conditioners: 1. Air conditioners 9 000 BTU – 50, 2. Air conditioners 12 000 BTU – 1250, 3. Air conditioners 15 000 BTU – 900, 4. Air conditioners 18 000 BTU – 10, 5. Air conditioners 24 000 BTU – 2, 6.Air conditioners 30 000 BTU – 2
