Description

Due to insufficient physical spaces, it is necessary to contract the deposit, custody and management of the liability files of the different Services of the Autonomous Tax Agency Madrid. The external management of the file by specialized company implies the daily entry and withdrawal of files and / or documents that are required, as well as computer control through annotations in databases, guaranteeing at all times the good state of conservation, confidentiality and security of the documentation, having the necessary facilities and sufficient technical, material and human infrastructure to develop the contracted service without the minimum alteration of management. The transfer of the current custody centre to the future custody centre is also contracted. In accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of the LCSP, the proposed procurement, necessary for the fulfillment and realization of the purposes of the Autonomous Tax Agency Madrid, has been justified.
