The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction and installation works for the construction of new social services: ‘Resident care for adults with dementia’ – 2 and ‘Specialised support centre for persons with disabilities and their families’ – 1’. The implementation of the envisaged construction activities will be carried out in accordance with the developed and approved investment project, including parts Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Water Supply and Sewerage, HVAC, Energy Efficiency, Geodesy, Technological, PiB, PBZ, PUSO and PB. Building permit No 110 of 23.10.2024 of the Chief Architect of Karnobat Municipality was issued for the site. The construction is a third-category site, in accordance with Article 137(1)(3)(c) of the Spatial Planning Act and Article 6(3)(5) of Regulation No 1 of 30 July 2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction.
