The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction and installation works for the construction of new social services: Residential care for adults with dementia – 2 and Specialised support centre for persons with disabilities and their families – 1. The implementation of the planned construction activities will be carried out in accordance with the developed and approved investment project, including parts Architectural, Structural, Electric, Water Supply and Sewerage, HVAC, Energy Efficiency, Geodesy, Technological, PiB, PBZ, PSUSO and PB.
