Objective: Migration of the existing IT infrastructure of the municipality from the software solution P&I Loga3 to SAP HCM for S/4HANA. The project goal is the complete mapping of all previous personnel management functionalities in SAP by 31.12.2026 in order to ensure uninterrupted operation. Scope of services: Design phase: Creation of a comprehensive migration and implementation concept with detailed budgeting and scheduling, workshops to define the technical requirements and customizing options. Implementation phase: Configuration and migration of the systems, data transfer from Loga3 and step-by-step implementation of HR processes in SAP HCM, including training for employees. Parallel operation to ensure a smooth transition.
