Assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour la passation de la Délégation de service public (DSP) d'exploitation du parc des expositions de Lannion:
— tranche ferme:
—— phase 1: préparation de la consultation pour la future concession et assistance technique, juridique et financière à la rédaction du cahier des charges de concession;
—— phase 2: assistance technique, juridique et financière à l'analyse des offres;
