The Contracting Authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for a contract only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act. 9. The contracting authority does not impose the requirements referred to in Article 96 of the Public Procurement Act. 10. The contracting authority shall require that the means of proof in question be submitted with the tender in accordance with Paragraph VII of the SWZ. 11. Before selecting the most advantageous tender, the Contracting Authority shall call on the Contractor whose tender has been the highest scored to submit within a specified time limit, which shall not be shorter than 10 days, valid on the date of submission of the following personal evidence described in § X para. 1 SWZ. 14. The Contracting Authority shall not lay down specific conditions concerning: the ability to operate in the course of trade, the right to carry out a specific economic or professional activity, insofar as this is due to separate provisions, economic or financial situation, technical or professional capacity.
