Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of disposable biodegradable dishes and cutlery in the scope of 2 tasks of the basic contract. 2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option. 3. The description of the subject-matter of the contract, together with the price form, is set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ – Price form. 4. The type (assortment) and quantity of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ – Price form. 5. The tendered subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ – /Price form, as well as in Annex 2 to the FTZ – Draft provisions of the contract and in the WET – Annex 4 to the FTZ. 6. The conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ. 7. In order to confirm that the assortment offered for delivery meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the tender must be accompanied by the evidence in question in accordance with Chapter IV of the FTZ (including filling in and submitting with the tender the Product Card constituting Annex 5 to the FTZ) 8. The Contractor must send or deliver in person to 3RBLog, after 1 unit packet of samples, at the latest by 8:00 a.m. on the day of the opening of the tenders. The contracting authority does not provide for the completion of samples in accordance with Article 107(2). 9. The Contractor must send or deliver personally to 3RBLog a specimen of the unit packet and grouped packet label (copy/photo) no later than 8:00 a.m. on the day on which the tenders are opened. The contracting authority does not envisage supplementing the evidence in question in accordance with Article 107(2).
