Description

SWM Services GmbH operates one of the most modern and largest civil TETRA networks in Germany, with 55 Airbus base stations and two georedundant Taira ́s, on which approximately 4000 TETRA terminals communicate. To ensure the grid operation and the generation of electricity/water/gas of Stadtwerke München GmbH and its subsidiaries, new TETRA handheld and vehicle radios as well as various accessories are continuously required. These are to be procured in the course of this call for tenders. The devices are used in grid operation, urban baths, power generation and various, sometimes external, customers. The procurement of the TETRA radios and accessories is to take the form of a framework contract with the duration in the years 2025 - 2028 with respective calls. The working group requires handheld radios, ATEX handheld radios as well as vehicle radios and their accessories. The provider of the radios must offer network-capable programming software and hardware with which the user-specific programming of the radios with the required call groups, network parameters and device parameters can be carried out. For this programming device, he must ensure training, technical support and permanent support. A product catalogue with list prices shall be provided, showing which main and accessory components of the radio manufacturer are available. 800 handheld radios and 120 handheld radios in ATEX design, each with accessories, as well as approx. 200 car charging brackets, handheld microphones and standard batteries are expected to be required.
