Description

1. The subject of the contract is: 1) provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of IT System Maintenance Services implemented at the Ordering Party, 2) provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of Development Services in the amount of 10,000 Working Hours. The definitions used above are described in the Model Agreement. 2. It's an option. The Contracting Authority provides for the use of the option to increase the subject of the contract for the provision of Development Services by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority in the maximum amount of 3 300 Working Hours. The rules for exercising the option are set out in the Model Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The customer is not obliged to use the option in whole or in part. In this case, the Ordering Party shall not be liable to the Contractor for non-performance of the option. 3.
