Facility maintenance services to the Lesti and Perhonjoki valleys
The Welfare Region of Central Ostrobothnia requests an offer for plant maintenance services in the Lestijoki and Perhonjoki valleys. The procurement is divided into five areas: Part 1: Kannus Health Centre, Lopotinkatu 2, 69100 Kannus Part 2: Toholampi Soite-piste and service centre Männistö, Sairaalantie 2, 69300 Toholampi Part 3: Tunkkari Health Centre, Mäntöläntie 2, 69700 Veteli Part 4: Kannelma, Kauppisentie 10, 69510 Halsua Part 5: All areas include cleaning service. Subdivisions four (4) and five (5) also include laundry service. The sub-areas consist of functional units, for which the unit cards specify the quality class of the room, basic cleaning tasks and ancillary work required by the room premises. The specifications for grades (A to E) are set out in the Annex 'Cleaning cleanliness grades'. The distribution of costs between the customer and the producer is described in the responsibility distribution table, which can be found on the unit cards. Cleaning is about 14,400 m2, 5 x week. Basic cleaning is done once a year in connection with maintenance cleaning work or during locks. The content and units of the service by sub-area are specified in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes. One service provider will be selected for each sub-area. Tenderers may submit a tender for one or more of the lots. The estimated starting date of the contract is 1.1.2027 and the duration of the contract is four (4) years, plus the option of 1+1 years. The services are currently produced as the wellbeing services county's own work. The aim is to continue to operate in the same way after the tendering process. For this reason, tendering is subject to the obligation to transfer the business (Employment Contracts Act 1:10). As part of the procurement, the service provider commits to accepting the institutional caretakers working for Soite in the sub-area. The number of institutional managers for each sub-area is indicated in the description of the sub-area. Tenderers are required to familiarise themselves with the areas they offer. If the tenderer does not attend the excursions in the areas offered, the tender will not be taken into account.
