Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la mise en place d'une concession emportant occupation domaniale relative à la mise à disposition de services de télévision et de téléphonie à destination des patients hospitalisés des hôpitaux Beaujon (92110), Bichat (75018) et Louis Mourier (92700). La durée du contrat de concession est de six ans renouvelables (expresse) à 2 reprises, par période d'1 an soit une durée maximale de 8 ans à compter de la mise à disposition des équipements et infrastructures qui interviendra au plus tard deux (2) mois après la notification. Les prestations devant être assurées et leurs caractéristiques quantitatives et qualitatives sont décrites dans le projet de contrat de concession qui vaut cahier des charges. Une visite des sites doit obligatoirement être réalisée et conditionne la validité de l'offre (voir modalité dans le règlement de la consultation). Les éléments relatifs à la reprise du personnel sont listés dans les annexes au projet de convention.
