Description

The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of consumables to the Laboratory of Clinical Electrophysiology of the Ordering Party. The description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to the FTZ (Assortment and Price Form). Required delivery date for partial deliveries: 4 working days from placing the order. Minimum expiry date of the assortment: 9 months from the date of delivery. The contracting authority will be obliged to use a minimum of 75% of the gross value of the contract awarded. The use will depend on the number of patients applying to the Ordering Party and on agreements (contracts) with the National Health Fund. The Ordering Party does not allow partial tenders to be submitted.
