Description

The subject of the contract is the acquisition of broadband services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") to the destinations of Helsingin Asumisoikeus Oy (hereinafter also referred to as Haso, Subscriber, Contracting Entity). The Service that is the subject of the agreement is divided into the Basic Service in accordance with section 4 of Appendix 1 and the Additional Services in accordance with section 5. In addition, the acquisition includes the implementation and maintenance of broadband connections to the club rooms of the properties, as well as the establishment and maintenance of building automation by separate order. All the properties of Haso and the apartments and club rooms which are the subject of the contract are identified in the ‘List of lots’ appended to the invitation to tender. The procuring entity selects one (1) supplier with whom the contract will be awarded. The supplier to be selected may also be a consortium of tenderers. The subject-matter of the contract is not subdivided into lots, since the contract in this form forms a single whole and subdividing it into lots would make it technically impossible to carry out the contract. The procurement volumes indicated in the invitation to tender are estimates and the contract does not constitute an obligation on the subscriber to purchase a quantity or an exclusive right on the part of the service provider to provide a service.
