2. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia oraz warunki realizacji zostały określone w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. Pozostałe warunki realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, stanowiących załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
