Description

A l’intérieur du service ITOP-SDESK, l’équipe en charges de l’administration et des développements ServiceNow a pour mission d’assurer l’intégration et l’adaptation du Progiciel de Gestion ServiceNow aux besoins de l’EPFL. ServiceNow est implémenté en tant que solution SaaS avec un hébergement en Suisse. En collaboration avec l'équipe ServiceNow HI, elle assure le fonctionnement et la stabilité de cette plate-forme. ITOP-SDESK nécessite une assistance régulière afin de compléter ses ressources selon ses besoins et ceux des clients internes. C’est dans ce contexte et pour ces raisons que l’EPFL met en marche une procédure d’appel d’offres pour la soutenir dans ses activités de gestion et de développement des environnements ServiceNow.
