Description

Um eine Lösung für diese beengten Räumlichkeiten innerhalb des Schlosses zu finden, plant die Gemeinde Lisberg im Rahmen der städtebaulichen Ortssanierung des Ortsteils Trabelsdorf in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Schloss die Sanierung und Umnutzung des ehem. Brauhauses als Ärztehaus mit öffentlicher Nutzung im Erdgeschoss und Wohnungen in den Obergeschossen. Folgende Nutzungen sind im ehemaligen Brauhaus geplant:• Arztpraxis / medizinisches Versorgungszentrum (MVZ)• Café für Bürger*innen / Eisdiele• Flexible Anzahl an zusätzlichen Wohneinheiten, mind. eine WE mit ca. 150 m2, teilbar //Grobmassen:ca. 1 St Personenaufzug mit 5 Haltestellen ca. 1 St SV-Abnahme ca. 1 St. Wartung/Notruf
