Implementation services integrated software solution and interoperability with clinical and non-clinical applicability ‘within the eHealth Digital Governance and Interoperability project at St. Nicolae Roman Psychiatric Hospital’, according to the tender specifications. The deadline by which economic operators may submit requests for clarifications as referred to in Section I.3 – 20 days before the closing date for submission of tenders. To the extent that requests for clarifications have been addressed within the deadline specified in the documentation, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. In case of requests for clarifications after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to reply.
