Description

Periodic supply of gases for medical use and provision of equipment for their storage and consumption for 24 months, including 7 products listed in detail in the Technical Specification to the tender documentation. Quantities are indicative, also detailed in the tender specifications. The Employer is not obligated to purchase them. Funding comes from own funds. Each participant submits an offer for all products. Each participant has the right to submit only one offer. No variants of the tender may be submitted. I/ The Contractor undertakes, for the entire period of performance of the contract and within the limits of the prices quoted for the supply of the medical gases: 1. To provide and install TWO equipment - bottleless supply systems for storage of oxygen and its transformation into gaseous, as follows: - a gasifier with a capacity of 3 000 to 3 500 cubic metres at the hospital site on Akkad Blvd. Ivan Geshov’ 15; - a gasifier with a capacity of 5 500 cubic meters at the hospital site on Akkad Blvd. Ivan Geshov’ 19. 2. To carry out technical supervision of the facilities under the Technical Requirements for Products Act. 3. Hold a certificate issued by the General Directorate ‘Inspection for State Technical Supervision’ for the maintenance, repair and conversion of pressure vessels. 4. To perform prophylaxis at least once a month with his own forces and funds and with spare parts at his own expense on the territory of the Employer. The supervising person must be entered in the register referred to in Article 36(1) of the ZTIP, indicating the number of the certificate. 5. The pressure equipment (tank) must be registered by a technical inspection body – indicate: name, registration number, owner, certified copy of revision book, initial inspection act, up-to-date technical inspection act. 6. To deliver the products subject to the contract within the agreed terms by own or hired at its own expense transport, ensuring compliance with all legal safety requirements. II/ The Contractor undertakes to guarantee the suitability of each of the supplied products in accordance with the current legislation on the marketing of medicinal products, which he certifies with quality certificates from the manufacturer, as well as to accept all claims from the Contracting Authority.
