Description

Admiral Lord Nelson School, City of Portsmouth Girls School, Mayfield School and Priory School, found within the the jurisdiction of Portsmouth City Council, has awarded a project to cover mechanical and electrical planned servicing, reactive response provision and associated repairs and works. The Schools will enter into indvidual contracts to be let for three years with two possible extensions of one year each (3+1+1). At the end of the initial three year agreement, subject to the mutual agreement between both parties, the contractor may be invited to continue the agreement for a forth and possible fifth year. The individual contracts will be based on JCT Measured Term Contract. The combined value of the contracts may be up to GBP 600,000 over a 5 year period; however, due to the variable nature of the service, the Schools cannot guarantee contract values.
