Description

The procurement procedure used is: open invitation to tender without minimum and maximum amounts in the form of a multi-contractor framework agreement in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The services are divided into 2 lots. The period of validity of tenders shall be 5 hours from the closing date for receipt of tenders.
