Description

The object of the contract is the provision of technical assistance for the implementation and integral management of an Ecosocial Innovation HUB that connects public and private actors, promotes citizen participation and accelerates innovative solutions to promote a green, digital and inclusive urban transition, which is intended to be achieved through a structured integral operational deployment in the following areas. Start-up and planning: initial work plan and scorecard. Open Innovation Ecosystem: activation of a multi-stakeholder network (university, business and citizenship). Collaborative governance: framework of strategic direction and municipal coordination. Portfolio of pilot projects: technical accompaniment of pilots. Laboratory of participation and futures: citizen co-creation methodologies. Transformative narrative: strategic communication and mandatory visibility ERDF. Digital transition: tools and digital culture, with a focus on the Pérez Cubillas neighborhood. Ordinary management: daily management, monthly reports and web maintenance. Presentiality: guarantee of a minimum of 1,050 hours per year of effective face-to-face activity.
