Description

PROVISION OF REACTIVE LABORATORY FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH MAXIMUM 3 ECONOMIC AGENTS . Duration of the FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT 36 months. . The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders; Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders – 18 days. MAIN PLACE OF DELIVERY - ANALYSIS LABORATORY. The contracting authority shall award the public procurement contracts subsequent to the framework agreement in cascade only in compliance with the technical and financial conditions laid down in that framework agreement . Whenever the contracting authority intends to award a public contract subsequent to a framework agreement, it shall consult the economic operator in the first position in the ranking and request it, as necessary, to supplement the tender. If the economic operator in the first position in the ranking is unable to supply the full quantity of products required and/or cannot comply with the delivery deadlines , then the contracting authority has the right to submit a request for the award of the subsequent contract to the second economic operator in the ranking drawn up on the basis of the prices tendered for the lot in question . This will also be the case if the second operator cannot supply the full quantity of products required and/or cannot meet the delivery deadlines by submitting a request for the award of the subsequent contract to the third operator with whom the contracting authority has concluded a framework agreement.
