The subject of the procurement is the successive purchase of trees during a period of one year from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with the quantities and types indicated in the cost statement. The supplied plant material must be healthy, free from pests and diseases, properly developed root system and habitus appropriate to the species and age of the plant. Seedlings must be container grown (unless stated otherwise in the cost statement), intact and in replanting condition. Dimensions and breeding forms must correspond to the required parameters, and the trunk and canopy should be properly formed. All plant material must be accompanied by a valid plant passport in accordance with plant health regulations. Delivery shall be made with the appropriate delivery note and marking of plant material.
