Description

As part of the competition for regional railway lines, the Grand Est Region, the regional rail transport organizing authority, becomes the owner of the fine-service lines of the territory and the stations concerned. In order to support it, SPL Infrastructure is launching this project management assistance contract for the transfer of ownership of the territory's fine service lines (LDFT) and rolling stock maintenance and storage workshops. This is a subsequent framework contract agreement. The framework agreement shall be concluded for a fixed period of six (6) years. It may be renewed once for a period of two (2) years. The services to be provided are divided into three lots: - Lot 1 - Land and financial support for the transfer of ownership of the territory's fine service lines (LDFT). This is a framework agreement for subsequent contracts with no minimum amount and a maximum of EUR 2 000 000 excluding VAT for the entire duration of the contract, including renewal. - Lot 2 - Land and financial support for the transfer of ownership of maintenance and storage workshops, as well as for the acquisition or provision of sites with a view to creating a maintenance and storage site. The lot concerns a framework agreement for subsequent contracts with no minimum amount and a maximum of EUR 2 000 000 excluding VAT for the entire duration of the contract, including renewal. - Lot 3 - Drafting and publication of authentic instruments relating to transfers of ownership of LDFTs and rolling stock maintenance and storage workshops. This is a framework agreement for subsequent contracts with no minimum amount and a maximum of EUR 3 000 000 excluding VAT for the entire duration of the contract, including renewal
