Description

The subject of the contract is the service of accommodation and food for police officers - task no. 1. The subject-matter of the contract includes: 1) Accommodation: a) all police officers on the premises of one Hotel Aramis, located in Warsaw (02-758), ul. Mangalia 3b, b) in double rooms with a minimum area of 4 m2 for 1 person, equipped with a full sanitary facility, two large wardrobes, a shoe cabinet for a minimum of 4 pairs of shoes, a free-standing or wall-mounted hanger with a minimum of 4 handles, two single beds or couches with a minimum size of 90-200 cm (excluding bunk beds), bedside cabinets in the amount consistent with the number of beds in a given room, a mirror and a set of bed sheets and towels, c) a duty officer in a separate single room, located on the same floor as the rooms referred to in point (b), equipped with a full sanitary facility, desk, chair, wardrobe for service clothing and a locker for keys from the rooms accommodated police officers. The ordering party will not place orders for food for police officers on duty. 2) food in nature, served in a canteen or restaurant, in a buffet or served form: a) in a 24-hour system, 7 days a week, within three meals: from 04.00 to 10.00: breakfast consisting of a warm meal, bread, so-called cold plate (meat, cheese, vegetables, fruit, jams, breakfast cereals, milk, butter, etc.), tea, coffee; from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.: a two-course lunch (with a temperature of the dish not lower than respectively: a) 75 oC - soup, b) 65 oC - second dish) consisting of each soup, second dish, compote or fruit drink (it is not allowed to serve mineral water as the only drink for dinner) and dessert (fruit, cake), from 19.00 to 01.00: dinner consisting of a warm meal, bread, so-called cold plate (charcoal, cheese, vegetables, fruit, jams, breakfast cereals, milk, butter, etc.), tea, coffee; The Ordering Party reserves the right to exchange each meal for provisions, which should be vacuum-packed (including cold cuts, cheeses and perishable products) excluding fruit and cans. All items included in the provisions for one person will be packed in a durable bag. The composition of the provisions will always correspond to the monetary value of the meal for which the exchange will take place. In exceptional cases, the hours of meals referred to in point. (2) (a) may be amended to bring them into line with police duty hours. The Ordering Party shall inform the Contractor sufficiently in advance of any change.
