Description

The medicinal products tendered must be included in the updated Nomenclature of medicinal products for human use (www.anm.ro) according to Order 4858/C/3363/2022 MJ-MS. Each medicinal product tendered must hold a marketing authorisation issued by the ANMDMR in accordance with Article 704 of Law No 95/2006***Republished, valid for the entire duration of the contract. Taking into account the fact that we have the obligation to ensure uninterrupted medical treatment for the number of detainees, in conjunction with the need to estimate updated prices for the quarterly budget, I propose for approval the approach of the open tender procedure with the conclusion of a framework agreement’, in accordance with Article 7(1)(b) of Law 98/2016, in conjunction with Article 74(4) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, with repetitive delivery of medicinal products on a monthly, two-month or quarterly basis, depending on the budget allocation and the fluctuation of staff.
