Description

The procurement will cover Bjerkreim Municipality's need for project manager/engineering design manager services for detailed engineering design services for and the construction of new welfare housing/centre. A construction manager is to be offered as an option, who will function as the builder's representative throughout the entire turnkey contract. The construction manager will also have the SHA coordinator role. For further information about the contents of the procurement, please see section II annex 1.
