Description

The purpose of this assignment is to provide the trained, executive PRM resources (PRM agents, welcome agents and relevant management functions). These profiles provide special assistance to passengers who need assistance to travel; such as the elderly and people with physical disabilities. The latter include wheelchair users as well as passengers with intellectual or psychological disabilities, such as people with autism or dementia. This PRM service includes the safe and compliant supervision of these PRMs in a high-quality manner in which SLAs to end customers (airlines & passengers) and continuous improvement are paramount. This command contains some required options: welcome function departure desk, dispatching departure desk and night dispatching.
