Description

Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je zajištění náhradní autobusové dopravy (dále jen „NAD“) ve smyslu § 18c odst. 2 zákona č. 111/1994 Sb., o silniční dopravě, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, po dobu dočasného přerušení drážní dopravy (dále jen „výluka“) dle ROV č. 33005.
Jízdní řád, obraty autobusů NAD a trasy linek NAD jsou uvedeny v přílohách č. 5 a č. 6 této Výzvy. Podrobnější podmínky plnění předmětu veřejné zakázky jsou uvedeny v závazném vzoru rámcové dohody, který tvoří přílohu č. 1 této výzvy (dále jen „vzor smlouvy“ nebo „vzor rámcové dohody“).
