Description

The electron microscopy plasma cleaner is intended for the preparation of samples. It is usually equipped with adaptors that are suitable for the sample holders supplied with all major electron microscope manufacturers and its performance can be continuously varied, allowing controlled and fine cleaning of surfaces. Holders and samples treated with plasma purification less contaminate the vacuum in the microscope column.
