Description

This is a call to competition by AN POST for the provision of a comprehensive telematics solution and associated/related services to support the management of our vehicle fleet. An Post is looking for a comprehensive, cost efficient and competent solution that will support enhanced operational efficiency, safety, and compliance across its vehicle fleet. The solution must be user-friendly, scalable, secure, and easily integrable with fleet management systems. It must be capable of supporting traditional internal combustible vehicles (ICE), electric vehicles (EV) and have the potential to support other fuel types in the future. The telematics solution must deliver robust capabilities in the following key areas: • Vehicle Data Monitoring • Location Tracking • Driver Behaviour Analysis Key objectives • Improve fleet efficiency, safety, and compliance • Reduce operational costs through preventative maintenance and efficient routing • Support sustainability goals through data on fuel usage and idling Requirements are divided into 2 LOTs, LOT 1 relating to light commercial fleet and LOT 2 relating to heavy goods fleet. The Contract, the subject of this competition is a Contract for three (3) years with an option for one or more extensions by up to six (6) years, at AN POST’s discretion, up to a maximum duration of nine (9) years subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
