Description

‘Electrical Distribution Networks West’ EAD conducted a negotiated procedure with a preliminary call for tenders for the award of a public contract for: Preparation of complete project documentation for the reconstruction and new construction of 20 kV overhead power lines on the territory of Montana, Vratsa and Sofia regions, ref. № PPS 26-035. The subject-matter of the contract was divided into 3 (three) lots as follows: Lot № 1: ‘Preparation of complete project documentation for the reconstruction and new construction of the 20 kV Gurmazovo air power line located on the territory of Sofia District’; Lot № 2: ‘Preparation of complete project documentation for the reconstruction and new construction of a 20 kV air power line “Island” located on the territory of Vratsa District’; Lot № 3: ‘Preparation of complete project documentation for the reconstruction and new construction of 20 kV Haidushki Dol and 20 kV Pop Andrey overhead power lines located in the Montana Region’. Each candidate/participant may participate for all lots (one or more lots) under the subject of the contract. The contracting authority shall not limit the number of lots that may be awarded to the same contractor. The criterion for the award of this contract for determining the most economically advantageous tender is the ‘lowest price’. A contract shall be concluded with the first-ranked tenderer for the lot concerned. The duration of the contract for each lot shall be 36 (thirty-six) months from the date on which it is concluded or until the maximum value of the contract is reached, whichever occurs first in time. Each candidate/participant may carry out an inspection of the site of the subject of the respective lot, and the contact persons on the part of the contracting authority and the requirements for carrying out an inspection are indicated in the documentation.
