Description

The main purpose of the framework agreement is the supply and subsequent maintenance of IT network equipment for the benefit of RTBF.
However, the present framework agreement is subdivided into 3 separate sections:
NAP 1 – Supplies: periodic supply, with fixed discount, of Cisco System switching/routing equipment for the development, extension or replacement of existing infrastructure at RTBF.
NAP 2 – Maintenance: periodic maintenance services, for all or part of the RTBF network infrastructure; in addition to the newly acquired equipment, this also concerns the resumption of maintenance on the existing fleet.
NAP 3 – Services: services relating to the installation, configuration and support of hardware and software.
