This contract concerns catering services for residents (approximately 19 710 morning, midday and evening meals), staff (approximately 4 344 meals at midday), families and visitors (approximately 2 447 meals at midday) and persons at home (approximately 300 meals at midday) in two private and subsidised establishments located in the canton of Geneva: a medico-social establishment (EMS) with a capacity of 54 beds and a 15-seat day home 365 days a year.
