Description

It is a framework agreement comprising services under an ordinary contract with services that are performed for a given period called flat-rate services (F1 and following according to the DPGF) and one-off services (Numerrated from 1) under a framework agreement with purchase order, that is to say ordered when the need arises. The procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement with a maximum of 215,000 euros excluding tax per period has been concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.
