Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by concluding subsequent contracts and issuing order forms in accordance with the terms of the specifications. The services are paid for by unit prices. The Department's reference magazine has 48 pages in a format of L186 X H233 mm and printed four-sided double-sided on a Leipa Ultra Mag Plus -Gloss paper of 65 grams/m2, binding stitched online. Due to the constraints related to the distribution of the magazine, its total weight cannot exceed 70 g / issue. By 15 September 2025, more than 763,000 copies of the magazine had been printed: of which more than 761,000 copies are distributed in all boxes in Loire-Atlantique, the rest is being distributed. It is planned 5 magazines per year, but this number is only indicative. The arrangements for executing the order are as follows: - pre-press, paper proofing of the 48 pages sent to the Hôtel Du Département, for each issue, in order to check the colour, and then delivery against acknowledgement of receipt of a voucher signed by the Department and an execution document with photoengraving in computerised format (PDF files) provided by the contractor; - delivery of all copies to the various points defined under conditions of delivery such that they are protected from any possible damage and facilitate handling.
