Description

The Metropolis of Lyon, as part of its Agriculture / Food policy, wishes to experiment with the development of an agricultural test area dedicated to organic market gardening, integrating a supply dimension of mass catering into its development model. This provides a post-training professional complement to increase the success of future facilities in metropolitan France. The agricultural test area aims to welcome and support future project leaders who wish to test themselves "life-size" in organic market gardening, with a supply dimension of collective catering, on the territory by providing them with land in Organic Agriculture, a fleet of high-performance equipment and adapted support. From 2024, the Vaulx en Velin test area will host 3 project leaders or "testers". These testers will receive support, enabling them to become professional: technical and administrative support, support for outlets in collective restaurants and support for local integration and technical mastery of equipment
