Description

The provision of services covered by the contract includes user surveys to obtain statistical information, presented in reports and in digital form, as specified in the technical clauses of the tender specifications.
The provision of services covered by the contract includes the production of the following market studies:
I. study Activity “Airport Quality Server”, with data collection evenly spread over 3 (three) times over each quarter at Lisbon Airport (ALS), Airport Francisco Sá Carneiro – Porto (ASC), Faro Airport (AFR) and João Paulo II Airport – Ponta Delgada (AJP);
II. Study “rent-to-car” activity to be carried out during the two IATA periods in the ALS, ASC and AFR;
III. Study “Advertising” activity to be developed every six months in the ALS, ASC and AFR;
IV. Study “car parks – quality assessment” activity to be developed during the two IATA periods in the ALS, ASC and AFR;
v. Activity study “car parks – user profile” to be developed during the two IATA periods in the ALS, ASC and AFR;
