Description

Die Räum- und Streupflicht beim Winterdienst ist Teil der allgemeinen Verkehrsicherungspflicht. Der Gesetzgeber verlangt, dass die Kommune demnach zumutbare Vorkehrungen treffen muss, um aus einer Gefahrenquelle resultierende Schäden zu verhindern. Seit Jahrzenten wird der Winterdienst im Stadtgebiet durch eine Zusammenarbeit des Bauhofes mit privaten Dienstleistern durchgeführt und sichergestellt. Die Winterdienstsaison beginnt am 01.11 eines Jahres und endet am 31.03. des Folgejahres.
