Scope of work: The subject of the task is the replacement of thermal insulation with protective coatings on the overhead thermal network 2xDN200 (range marked on the map - Annex 7 to the SWZ), taking place in the form of one of the applied (selected) technologies taking into account the nature of the insulated elements, i.e.: for straight sections of the pipeline, be made by: o Apply a steel sheet sheath to the line pipe and then fill the space between the steel pipe and the sheathed polyurethane foam produced by the foaming unit or to assemble the PUR foam shells and then the galvanised steel sheet sheath in unenclosed form or to assemble the prefabricated insulation shells made of PUR foam, assembled with the galvanised steel sheet sheath constituting a prefabricated insulation system or to assemble the mineral wool mats, with a one-sided galvanised steel wire mesh sheath and covering on the mesh side with a veil of diffuse fibres, followed by a galvanised sheet sheath, with the steel sheet reinforced by assembling additional sheets of 2mm thick sheet, bent on the sheath shape and mounted directly under the appropriate sheath in the upper parts of the pipeline. Scope of works (a) dismantling and disposal of existing thermal insulation together with protective coatings; b) anti-corrosion protection of pipelines on a minimum of 25% of the surface; c) installation of insulation together with all necessary accompanying works; d) regeneration of concrete elements and structures (reinforced concrete) which are supporting structures in the form of fixed points and sliding supports; e) regeneration of steel elements and structures being support structures in the form of spatial trusses f) testing of welded pipe joints in places indicated by the contracting authority using non-destructive methods, i.e. ultrasonic or radiographic method – (2 welds for every 100 meters of pipeline). The Employer's operating services, supervision inspector, other authorized persons have the right to call the Contractor to randomly check the indicated welds using the method agreed by the Employer. Testing of welded joints by visual method only is not allowed; Provisional and accompanying works, including cleaning and restoration work after major modernisation works have been completed. As part of the accompanying work, the following should be carried out: o securing the construction site in terms of health and safety, o temporary crossings and canopies for pedestrians on footpaths, o securing the site for the duration of construction, o preparing and organizing the construction site for the temporary collection of waste generated during work, including elements resulting from the dismantling of pipeline insulation and then their disposal by companies authorized to do so, o geodetic works, o developing a temporary project for the organization of traffic if there is a need to change the organization of traffic and maintain it throughout the construction period. o any fees for occupying the site should be restored to the existing state. The protective coat shall be fitted with a marking bearing the ‘KPEC’ logo. The design and construction of the signs must comply with the requirements for the company logo of KPEC Sp. z o.o. The A6 size trademark should be placed in the amount of at least 2 inscriptions per 2 m ² jacket, symmetrically on both sides of the heating network. The technology used to make the logo must ensure that the coat is permanently marked. Testing of welds shall be carried out by a non-destructive method as described in STWiORB, Annex 1 to the SWZ.
