Description

The Beau-Séjour building (0A), built in the 1960s, currently benefits from means of renovation of the façade as part of the embrasures project, which creates the need for an ongoing partial renovation of the electrical installations, making it possible to improve the basic comfort of patients and to comply with the ‘HPE renovation’ standard requested by the authorities. This time, the contract concerns the provision of works and electrical installations additional to those in progress, the objective of which is to bring existing installations into conformity, the initial works in progress of which were not the subject of the contract. Renovation, takeover and retrofitting of secondary distribution tables from 3 columns on the 6 levels of the building, including their rail links from their origins from new main distribution cells also to be implemented at the lower level.
