Description

Purchase of dental filling materials and related products under framework contracts for a period of 24 months with the possibility of an extension of 12 months. As a result of the procurement, a framework contract will be concluded with two (2) tenderers for each part of the procurement, on the basis of which materials will be procured as necessary (the estimated amount of material is indicated in the procurement documentation). The award criterion is the lowest price of the shopping cart. The goods will be ordered from the tenderers who will be awarded the contract according to the unit prices indicated in the shopping cart, where preference will be given to the tenderer from among them whose unit price of material is cheaper. If, for any reason, a tenderer with a lower unit price is unable to deliver the goods within the time limit laid down in the contract or is otherwise unable to do so, the contracting authority shall contact the next tenderer.
