Description

The subject-matter of the contract will be the organisation of public transport on the basis of Article 15. 1 point 12 of the Public Transport Act of 16.12.2010 (Journal Journal of Laws 2011, No 5, item 13 with amendments), in conjunction with Article 7. 2 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October on public passenger transport services by road and repealing Council Regulations/EEC/EEC/No 1191/69 and/EEC/EEC/No 1107/10. The contract involves the selection of the operator through the direct conclusion of a contract for the provision of public road transport services pursuant to Article 22. 1 pt. 1 Act of 16.12.2010 on public road transport for the following lines: 1. Sławobbor – Poradz – Kalina – Słowenkowo – Stare Ślepce, Nowe Ślepce, Krzesimowo – Sławobor; 2. Sławobbor – Powalice – Mysłowice – Trzciana – Sławobor, 3. Sławobbor – Rokosowo – Lepino – Vulvo; 4. Sławobbor – Trzciana – Mysłowice – Powalice – Vollegation; 5. Sławobbor – Rokosowo-Słabbor, 6.
