Description

This public procurement is being awarded in connection with the fact that the site is included in the approved priority projects of the Municipality of Haskovo from Annex 3 to Article 107 of the ZDBRB for 2024, following a second amendment to the Investment Programme for Municipal Projects in Annex 3 to Article 107(13) of the ZDBRB for 2024. The subject of this contract covers the following activities: Activity 1 – Conformity assessment of an investment project. The assessment of the compliance of the investment project in the detailed design phase should be carried out as a comprehensive report on the essential requirements under Article 169(1)(1) to (5) of the Spatial Planning Act, subject to the requirements of Article 142(5) of the Spatial Planning Act. The complex report will be necessary for the approval of the investment project and for the subsequent issuance of a building permit. Activity 2 - Exercising construction supervision, including performing the functions of investor control and safety and health coordinator on the construction and installation works according to the approved investment project. The consultant must carry out the functions arising from the SDA through the key experts identified in his proposal. All technically qualified natural persons engaged in the subject of the contract must be included in the list of qualified natural persons, which constitutes an integral part of the certificate issued for the exercise of the activities under Art. 166, para 1, item 1 of the Spatial Development Act. The Contractor shall be responsible for his activities and obligations as a participant in the construction process, regulated by Articles 166 and 168 of the Spatial Development Act.
